Which path do you need?
 

Personal Coaching: These are 1-on-1 meetings where we work on goals you establish in the first meeting. Examples of goal topics are relationships, life transitions, work-life balance, habits, time/stress management, communication, feeling stuck, etc.

Executive Coaching: For individuals who work in an executive/management/entrepreneur role where we focus on both life and business.

Company Coaching: For companies or start-ups who want help creating, growing, or managing a business.

Speaking: I speak and train on a variety of business and interpersonal topics that promote well-being in and out of the work environment. 

Courses: I offer a variety of courses on common topics in various life areas. These are more affordable than working with me personally and can be completed online at your own pace. COMING SOON
